This clock has the original twelve inch dial and slender mahogany surround. The clock was made by L Mumford in London and the brass bezel has a nice patina to it. The movement is gut drive fusee with anchor escapement with high quality shaped pillars. The clock has a heavy cast brass bezel with sight glass.

L Mumford had a Jewelers shop located at 2 fishmonger alley. The box has dove tail joints with doors to the side and bottom.
