This clock is an eight-day time and strike movement that strikes Westminster and Whittington on nine-tubular bells.
The moon dial features the usual land and seascape scenes. The brass dial has Arabic numerals and the case is Mahogany that stands on claw feet.
The Waltham clock company started in 1897 in Waltham, MA. They manufactured very high grade clock movements to compete with some of the German and English companies that were exporting an increasing number of grandfather clocks to the USA. Waltham Clock Co. continued until the death of William Henry in January, 1913
