This mantle clock is a beautiful porcelain French Japy Freres eight-day time and rack striking clock. The clock strikes on the hour and half hour via a bell.
The clock has a serial number of 13428 and is clearly visible on the movement. The porcelain dial displays Roman numerals and has blue steeled hands. The case is in exceptional condition with delicate pink and blue flowers. The perimeter has swirls of gold gilding.
There is a minor imperfection between the five and six Roman numerals. Additionally, the beveled glass has a small chip at the twelve position. Overall this beautiful porcelain clock would add charm and character to your home.
